The dashboard that replaced ten hours of weekly spreadsheet work.
The problem
Operators were juggling DEX dashboards, spreadsheets, chat threads, and block explorers to decide where votes should go each epoch. Every hour spent reconciling tools was an hour not spent deciding.
The build
Workspaces model each organization with explicit roles and administrative boundaries.
Planning, pool management, imports, migration, and history live in one route tree instead of five tools.
Vote assignments are automated against live pool and reward data, but every change stays reviewable — operators keep the final word.
The result
- Killed roughly 10 hours of manual reconciliation every week.
- Made two planned operations hires unnecessary.
- One screen answers: where are our votes, and what are they earning?
An internal production system. Screens show operational views; pool names and contract addresses are public on-chain data.
