I / The problem

Complexity had to become usable.

Turn heterogeneous game and blockchain data into an interface that feels like one product, while protecting private media and supporting deterministic visual output.

II / The system

Architecture in service of action.

Structured the portal around task-focused routes for inventory, eligibility, claims, and origin assets.

Connected player identity and ownership data across application APIs and on-chain contracts.

Designed a land-generation pipeline that composes layered assets, caches deterministic renders, and proxies private source media safely.

III / The result

Outcomes, not ornament.

  • Created one coherent home for multiple collectible types and player workflows.
  • Moved a production frontend onto TanStack Start and Cloudflare Workers.
  • Made a visually dense game system navigable without hiding its technical complexity.
